Final Grade $ 115.00   per hour 2 hour minimum
Bobcat $ 95.00   per hour 3 hour minimum
Dump Truck $ 80.00   per hour 3 hour minimum
Roller $ 195.00   per hour 1 hour minimum
Tiller $ 135.00   per hour 1 hour minimum

 

* We guarantee drainage for all Austin Farms bobcated yards provided that drainage is possible*
* Austin Farms is not responsible for yard settlement *
* All repairs will be charged a minimum of $125.00 service charge
 plus sod and grading *

All yards serviced in the North Kansas City, Liberty, Kearney areas and all Kansas areas will be charged an additional $0.05 per yard, as well as a $35.00 trip charge for the bobcat and final grade.  This additional charge is necessary to offset the cost of transportation and labor.

 

Winter Services
Snow Removal $  125.00   per hour 2 hour minimum
Salt $  200.00   per ton 1/2 ton minimum
